The luxury Christmas porridge experience is a comprehensive catering service. We bring and heat all the food and drinks for you on spot. The service package also includes a beautiful presentation of the food, on-site waiters and sustainable or biodegradable disposable dishes. Luxury Christmas porridge with toppings (flavored with lime or orange, nut-free)

 

Artisan seed cracker or oat bread slice with vegetable filling (cashew bean spread, smoked carrot, dill sauce and pickled red onion OR wasabi pea hummus, sun-dried tomato and pea sprouts; nut-free)

Raw chocolate workshop

How does a health-promoting and nutrient-rich raw chocolate sound that you can enjoy with a good conscience?

 

At Lettuce Date's raw chocolate workshop we will make chocolate rich that is rich in nutrients and supports green values. All this is naturally vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar free. High-quality organic raw materials as well as essential oils, dried berries, nuts and dried edible flowers are used to make the chocolate.

The workshop lasts 1.5 hours. 6-20 people can participate in the workshop, depending on the location and course facilities.

 

The course takes place either at Lettuce Date's catering premises in Pitäjänmäki (max 12 people) or at the customer's own premises (kitchen or meeting room). The organizer brings all the raw ingredients and the necessary chocolate making supplies. The language of the course is Finnish, Swedish or English.

In the workshop, several raw chocolate recipes will be reviewed, from which each participant will choose one to prepare during the workshop. Each participant gets to prepare a 100-gram chocolate bar to take home. At the course, students also get information about health-promoting chocolate and its ingredients, which will inspire them to make their own raw chocolate at home.

 

The course is suitable for everyone interested in healthy and nutrient-rich food and lifestyle.
