VEGAN MEALS
Our vegan meals are available for corporate and private events in the Helsinki and Espoo regions. Our nutritious meal sets come in different sizes and are suitable for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and all-day events.
The meals are designed to satiate even the biggest appetites; those who do not finish it all can save some of the food for later consumption as a snack or even breakfast the next day.
As the meals are designed in accordance with the seasons, the contents of the are updated approximately every 3 months. The current menu will remain available until the end beginning of early Spring. The minimum order quantity is 15 meals. A detailed list of ingredients is available upon request.
brunch SET
The brunch set is primarily designed for morning or lunch events. Brunch sets are available in three different sizes (XS, S &M). They contain 2-4 products.
XS
Choose 2 products: smoothie, chia porridge/overnight oats, seed crackers or loaf bread with spread, cake.
S
Choose 3 products: smoothie, chia porridge/overnight oats, seed crackers or loaf bread with spread, cake.
M
Choose 4 products: Smoothie, chia porridge/overnight oats, seed crackers or loaf bread with spread, cake.
LUNCH SET
The lunch set is primarily designed for lunch events, but they are also suitable for evening events. The lunch sets are available in four different sizes (XS, S, M &L). They contain 2-5 products.

Choose 2: Salad and smoothie, chia porridge/overnight oats, seed crackers or loaf bread with spread, cake.
S
Choose 3: Salad and smoothie, chia porridge/overnight oats, seed crackers or loaf bread with spread, cake.

Smoothie
Green smoothie with e.g. spinach, cucumber, mango, banana, lime, apple, coconut
Salad
Mediterranean style salad with tomato & provencale marinated tofu or cashew cheese, miso marinated egg plant, quinoa, sun dried tomatoes, roasted almonds and pesto
Bread
Slice of seed loaf bread with cashew bean spread, roasted eggplant, rucola and sundried tomatoes
OR
cashew bean spread, chantarelles and herb dressing (available at the end of the season)

Coconut chia pudding with (rhubarb) strawberry jam, peanut crunch, coconut flakes and mulberries
Overnight oats
Overnight oats with cardemum, cinnamon, roasted apples, roasted nuts and cacao nibs
Snack pot
Assortment of nuts and dried berries (gojis & mulberries; pecans & cashews)
Raw cake
Custard raw cake with strawberry (rhubarb) jam OR raspberry white chocolate raw cake with chocolate frosting
Chocolate balls
Chocolate coconut balls flavored with essential oils (peppermint, orange or tangerine)
